I can only give you clues about me, and that by talking about the things I *do* and *believe*. My avocation is teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, and Reiki. I suppose I should add music. My vocation is writing technical and scientific end-user documents for water testing and treatment.

I am a vegetarian, have been for 16 years now. I love all forms of life, even those that are sometimes annoying; e. g. mosquitoes.

I believe in the power of gratitude and unconditional love. I believe in living in the present moment as much as possible, although I frequently fail.

I believe we are all connected, and that we will never know peace until we can see our enemies with the same love and compassion as we have for our own families and friends. And that we cannot love ANYONE until we learn to have compassion and love and forgiveness for our own selves.

I love spinning yarn from alpaca and merino wool, and working sheep with my Belgian sheepdogs. I love making soap.

I love drumming and playing native flute. I love reading and learning.

I love sitting quietly and doing nothing except being open to Life.
